We have a 30 day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving the item.

If the product is a customized product such as a custom steering wheel and is in production, no refunds or returns will be issued for non-quality issues. To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

We offer a 1 year warranty from the date you receive your item.

Within 30 days after you receive the item, if there is any quality problem with the product, please provide pictures or videos that can prove the product quality problem, we will bear the return shipping cost after confirming the quality problem.

Within 31-360 days after you receive the goods, if the product has quality problems, Tialloyelf will assume the responsibility of replacement and repair, the resulting round-trip shipping costs need to be borne by the customer.

The restocking fee is 9% of the order amount.

What are the shipping costs for returns or exchanges?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact customer service to cancel your order as soon as possible before your order is shipped. If your order has already been shipped and you still wish to cancel, please return it upon receipt of the goods and follow the terms and conditions of "a".

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund has been approved.
